Thank you for your continued support during the pandemic.
Although restrictions eased on 19 July 2021, we’re not changing anything just yet at our clinics in Nottingham and Grantham.
We’ll be keeping the safety measures that we’ve had in place since the start of the pandemic. And we ask you to wear a mask when you come to our clinics for your appointment, unless you’re exempt. Public Health England has stated that there is no change to mask wearing in medical settings after 19 July.
Infections are rising and we want to do all we can to continue keeping our patients and our staff safe.

Appointments at our Carlton and Grantham hearing centres
- We’re continuing to run a reduced appointment diary each day to allow for additional cleaning time
- We’ll continue to have infection control measures in place – including personal protective equipment (PPE) for our staff
- We ask that you wear a mask when you come for your appointment, unless you’re medically exempt. This helps us to keep our clinics safe for all our patients, including the vulnerable and those who can’t be vaccinated
- If you’ve got an appointment booked but you’re feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms, please call us and we’ll rearrange your appointment.
Our new virtual hearing care services
We understand that you may not want to visit us in person at the moment. This is why we’ve extended our remote hearing care services using the latest state-of-the-art technology.
From the comfort of your own home
We aim to make our remote consultations feel as close to a face-to-face, in-clinic experience as we can. We can now perform hearing tests, hearing aid programming, adjustments and troubleshooting. All remotely. All from the comfort of your own home. You’ll need an iPhone or iPad to access our virtual services, but please don’t worry if you don’t have one. We’re providing a free technology loan service, safely delivered to your door, and will talk you through how to use it step by step.
